Senior Administrator, EUC Solutions Support On-site - Denver, Colorado

This role is responsible for supporting the Senior and Executive Management teams with technical issues. You ensure that the IT systems, devices, and Audio-Visual systems, are tested, functioning optimally, secure, and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Provide high quality IT support, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure business continuity.


Role Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software, hardware, and mobile device issues.
Supporting corporate campus, remote office, and work from home users.
Reimaging computers and laptops, configuring new users, troubleshooting printer issues, and peripherals, and resolving problems with software.
Provide support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10, macOS, and mobile devices, along with hardware and peripherals, and assist with inventory tracking.
Collaborate with other IT business units to resolve issues, including the Helpdesk, IT Security, and Networking teams.


Role Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems
Experience with auto deployment processes, including laptops and cellular devices.
Experience in resolving Requests, Incidents, and Vulnerabilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills especially with executive leadership and vendors.
A proactive approach to troubleshooting, including automation, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience supporting AV equipment including projectors/displays and Zoom Rooms.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelors degree in technical discipline and or education or equivalent experience is preferred.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $77,625 -$120,500 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
