LINQM is looking to add a Senior Equity Analyst to the team.

Duties:1 Manage and oversee the work of multiple areas, scope and/or locations. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department. 2 Serve as a functional expert on all matters as it relates to stock administration and global equity. Manage all aspects of global equity administration, including accurate and timely processing all grants of equity, option exercises, RSU releases, employee mobility and employee terminations. Provide monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliation of all stock activity including shares outstanding balance and capitalization 3 Ensure compliance with all equity-related regulatory, accounting and tax requirements for our global equity program, including country-specific requirements regarding reportable wages and payroll taxes for equity compensation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and practices, (e.g., insider trading, transactions by insiders, trading window, pre-clearance programs, and trading plans) 4 Develop and plan larger global equity projects and program activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables including identifying gaps, recommending solutions while providing direction and guidance to multiple project teams. Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of more complex programs and process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities. Evaluate and lead the implementation on global equity program and process standardization and optimization 5 Stay abreast on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, knowledge share (e.g., association meetings), and build a network 6 Manage and recommends vendors to ensure vendor performance and maximizing investment; Proactively address vendor issues 7 Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders including multiple functional areas and/or geographies 8 Evaluate and lead the implementation on global equity program and process standardization and optimization 9 Define, create and establish seamless key stakeholder communications and experiences 10 Incidental

Skills:• Work is generally self-guided with adherence to established patterns and practices - some latitude to challenge and establish new norms • Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities • Develops, modifies and executes policies and procedures that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect

• Decisions have an extended impact on work processes and outcomes • Erroneous decisions result in critical delays and modifications to projects or operations; cause substantial expenditures of additional time, human resources, and funds; and jeopardize future business activities

 

Education:• Bachelor's degree in related field with related experience in global equity required and skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Manager; Master's degree in related field preferred • Extensive experience with equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs and ESPPs • Certification in related discipline preferred (e.g., CPA, CEP) • Demonstrated track record in people management required • Proven successful project management skills • Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and talent acquisition systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
