Senior Analyst, Investment Operations-(SEG0000002I)Description
We seek aSenior Analystto join the Investment Operations team within Segals Investment Consulting business (dba Segal Marco Advisors). The individual will affiliate with theChicagooffice and work ahybrid work schedule(i.e., partly in-office, partly from home).

This is an ideal opportunity for the qualified candidate who wishes to apply strong quantitative, analytical and operational-oriented skills and/or experience to an investment operations career path within an investments consulting firm. The individual will collaborate with a highly talented team of colleagues, facilitating implementation of investment decisions made by the investment consulting business Discretionary Management Committee (DMC) with the goal of achieving optimal investment performance for external clients. We offer a dynamic, project-driven work environment that supports professional growth and visibility that includes direct contact with consultants and external clients

Key responsibilitiesinclude (but may not be limited to):


Supporting consultants by performing as an adjunct, in-office resource responding directly to external client inquiries.

Monitoring/facilitating new account set-up processes.

Developing action plans in response to client and DMC meeting outcomes.

Supporting compliance activities such as SEC custody audits and other relevant filings; leading audit processes for Segal Marco sponsored investment vehicles.

Implementing approved asset allocation mixes for each plan.

Developing and implementing operational procedures as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications


Bachelors degree in a quantitative-oriented discipline (e.g., accounting, math, statistics, etc.).

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with custody, investment consulting, and investment management operations strongly preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral/writing) skills and, ability to function effectively within a tight deadline environment requiring attention to detail, accuracy and a high level of quality.

The current salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
