B2B- Health Delivery Team is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office:
Senior Analyst- Metrics, Analytics & Reporting
What can you expect?
We are looking to hire a Senior Analyst for the B2B process. Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information (includes report preparation) Contributes to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives Adheres to Company policies and performance standards Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entry Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation

We will count on you to:
Process, validate and update data in the request for proposal for marketing and thereafter input template for analysis & recommendation. Also, support other colleagues in the team with ad-hoc and BAU projects Prepare and analyze utilization reports US employees & almanacs for office business leaders Liaison with onshore consultants for any data or project related queries resolution Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Participate and contribute in any special project requirements Support in any new transitions, documentation and creation of PMAPs and SOP Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts
What you need to have?
Graduate with minimum 1- 2 years experience overall Experience in Data Analytics preferred Knowledge on Health & Benefits domain is necessary Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills Sound knowledge of process documentation, development of SOP, knowledge artifacts Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Good command on MS office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) Ability to multi task, self-starter
