Success as a Pricing Strategy Analyst requires an individual who is focused on using analytics to drive real-time business results and is excited about solving complex and ambiguous business problems. This is a role and team that has a high level of visibility across a fast growing and truly global FinTech.


Role Responsibilities


Analytics
: Leverage data-based insights to identify opportunities to use pricing to drive business outcomes

Experiment
: Lead pilots that put your insights into market to drive real business results

Strategic Initiatives
: Scale successful experiments by partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives (e.g., define KPIs, inform product roadmaps)

Communication
: Present your ideas to senior leaders and creating buy-in for your recommendations.


Role Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative function (e.g., Business, Economics, or Math)
2-5 years of experience in data analysis.
Advanced knowledge of analytics and the use of analytics to solve business problems.
Ability to communicate complex analyses to diverse audiences.
Expertise in using SQL or Python for analytics needed.
Expertise using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) needed.
Exposure to data visualization and self-serve reporting tools like PowerBI & Tableau preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment preferred.
Consulting background at a top firm preferred.

Salary

The on-target earnings range is USD$74,500.00 - USD$127,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
