About You

Were seeking a resulted-focused, innovative, self-driven and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Senior Analyst Supply Network, Global. Based out of Torrington, Connecticut, you will continuously improve, nurture, and manage global Supply initiatives by structuring the end-to-end supply chain network for outstanding on-time fulfillment of customer Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) while balancing working capital and contribution margin targets. Also, by leading global product delivery readiness, demand processes and contingency planning, product generation, and integrated inventory positioning and controls.

You will:

  • Design and manage best-in-class supply processes by using Subject Matter Expertise to globally partner with Commercial, Engineering, Production Mgt, and Supply Chain to convert SLA requirements into supply chain setups. Also, by managing expectations, purpose, agendas, and follow-up in global/regional Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) meetings
  • Create sustainable, robust, and individual product Supply Networks by assessing specific product characteristics and value-creation capabilities across production locations, then developing and utilizing end-to-end supply chain segmentation to define network design
  • Drive global rolling forecasting to determine demand quantity modeling by facilitating cross-functional meetings to align and synchronize supply requirements, analyzing sales data, embedding significant changes in demand, customer projects and new product introductions then creating a consistent 18-month quantity structure for the entire supply network
  • Ensure implementation of individual Supply Chain setups across locations by guiding cross-functional and regional teams to maintain ERP parameter settings to the network design. Also, by checking consistency, and initiating and driving adjustments as needed
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and control global Supply performance efficiencies by planning, simulating, and assessing potential inventory and supply disruptions and bottlenecks over operational windows, then developing and managing contingency planning and remedial actions
  • Optimize supply chain automation toolboxes for alert triggers by defining and upgrading reporting, creating process documentation with global and regional cross-functional accountabilities and E1 parameter maintenance, and determining exception-based projects
  • Balance Supply plan feasibilities with Production capabilities and capacities by driving Supply Review processes and balancing supply and demand across the Supply Network, monitoring results, and managing critical situations through alternative scenario planning

Requirements


You should have:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalency, MBA preferred
  • Black Belt Six Sigma, Lean Management, or APICS certification
  • Advanced experience in ERP set-up of global supply networks; JD Edwards E1 preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI advantageous
  • Travel up to 10%, including internationally. This hybrid position.
  • 8+ years in progressive Supply Chain Management including experience in distribution, planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, and related planning tools.
  • Advanced experience in data analytics
  • Previous experience with global
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills works across all functions, levels, and groups in a globally matrixed organization, inspires people
  • Strong problem-solving skills and drive for continuous improvement

Salary Range: $95,822 - $122,522

    Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of our company's total compensation packages for employees.
