Town Halla high-growth agency providing digital marketing services to nonprofit and higher education clientsseeks a Senior Analyst to support our growing media team in campaign analysis and recommendations. The selected candidate will demonstrate proficiency with data analysis systems, have experience visualizing and interpreting large data sets, and effectively collaborate across multiple departments to develop campaign insights and recommendations.


What Youll Do

Reporting to the Media Group Director, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in delivering great work to our higher education and nonprofit/cause clients by developing measurement and testing plans, QAing campaign set up and tracking for media campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and next steps.

The Town Hall office is located in midtown Manhattan, and we are working in-office three days per week. Remote candidates are not currently being considered for this role.


Sample Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings
  • Package campaign insights and reports for clients, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results
  • Drive industry leading intelligence through the development of innovative A/B tests and experiments
  • Analyze and benchmark performance across channels, media properties, and creative executions
  • Develop actionable optimization recommendations that drive campaign KPIs and achieve client business goals
  • Design segmentation studies, concept tests, market simulations, brand lift/tracking studies
  • Assess existing market research and develop research plans; help interpret research findings and identify actionable insights
  • Ensure the appropriate data points are being collected from all data sources during campaign execution, confirming that internal teams and clients are measuring campaign performance correctly
  • Analyze and interpret marketing program results to drive future client marketing strategies
  • Provide insights to Media, Account, and Creative teams to develop campaign strategies and tactical recommendations
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as needed

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience working in a data-based role in an agency setting
  • Experience using Big Query
  • Demonstrated ability to develop test and learn recommendations
  • Proficiency with systems such as SQL and Python Expose to evaluate the measurement of both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns
  • Ability to understand how to navigate & leverage data from GA4, CRM systems, etc.
  • Ability to visualize and interpret large volumes of data
  • Strong understanding of what data points can be collected and analyzed in a digital campaign, and how each data point should be analyzed
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with higher education and/or nonprofit organizations a plus
