Job Description

Functional Support for DMS Software for the channel partner

Maintain call/support log in Excel

Handle basic issue in computer and understanding and resolution of it by taking the remote if required.

Escalate complex problems to the DMS vendor and follow up

Help in the delivery of DMS training to the Distributors & Team Members.

Coordinate with Channel Partners to resolve problems & Operational troubleshooting day to day in DMS
