Senior Architect


Your role:

Build and own architecture, technical roadmap, backlogs, initiatives based on requirements, trends, and customers needs.
Own platform architectural and technical responsibility for the IGTD software in Bangalore
Responsible for driving harmonization and modular design of architecture, product family platforms and technology choices in their assigned area of responsibility, compliant with the overall Health Suite Reference Architecture and leveraging common platforms and technology choices.
Author and review requirements and design documents
Design and deliver the key customer needs as software solution.
Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding, architecture clarifications etc.
Actively participate in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
Identify and escalate risks on time.
Participate and contribute to roadmap definition and delivery.
Work closely with the System Architect / Product Architect to identify & answer important product/solution questions through prototypes or solutions.
Drive technical excellence and quality improvements across the team.
Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the quality and maintainability of our software stack.
Providing architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Systems Architects, and software development teams.
Expert knowledge in digitalization, software, and cloud related technologies.
Master of building full stack engineering discipline and practices, including but not limited to web service, restful service, micro service, database, middleware, cloud platforms, database, hosting, and operation etc.
Strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Design and Development
Strong knowledge in Design patterns.
Healthcare domain knowledge with experience in Diagnostic or Interventional X-Rays
Strong knowledge of all phases of the SDLC
Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and interpretation
Technical mentorship
Personality skills to collaborate with colleagues from different teams/levels and think across functional borders.
A lean/pragmatic attitude who can drive change and continuously seeks improvements and ways to reduce waste.
Strong knowledge of software design, evaluation principles and practices


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

A recognized bachelor or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related majors. 10 years + experience in similar technical leader and architect position.
This role require C++ language
Stakeholder management: ability to communicate vision and need and create buy-in;
Ability to discovery customers unmet/untold needs and turn them into technical backlogs and roadmaps.
Ability to shape direction as a change agent and deal with uncertainties.
Ability to discover and gather market opportunities, technical trend, customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
