We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a fast-growing, impact-focused team supporting the nations top purpose-driven organization leaders as they strategize and act to make the world a more sustainable and just place.

Senior Associates support day-to-day operations in our Institutional Membership program to advance the work of our members and continue to grow the NationSwell Ecosystem.

As part of this role you will be working with great people to support purpose-driven leaders from the worlds most influential organizations. Our Institutional Members include senior leaders from Fortune 500 companies, foundations and financial firms like Verizon, Bank of America, and Annie E Casey Foundation.

The salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000.

How Youll Contribute:

  • Project management and administration: Create and maintain project plans in Airtable, Salesforce and other platforms, tracking each milestone required to successfully execute key projects to the highest standards.
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance: You will proactively manage scheduling and seek progress updates from teammates across the organization
  • Member tracking and data entry: maintain key data points on member delight, deploy partner surveys, update information in Salesforce, etc.
  • Note-taking, communication, and other persuasive writing: Attend member calls, member events, and other key opportunities to take notes and distribute key information afterwards
  • Contract development and technical writing: Work with our growth and accounts colleagues to prepare MOUs for new projects and renewal agreements for current partners using established templates
  • Client facing: Be part of a team working directly with senior-level members. Support a Director account lead (your teammate) provide an exceptional experience that enables our members to create more world-changing impact. Present with confidence and build trust with the interest and ability to grow into leading member relationships over time.

Other desired qualifications:

  • Experience working across multiple teams
  • General tech savvy and interest in learning new things; with experience with Google Apps Suite, Slack, Excel, Salesforce, (link removed), and/or other project management software
  • Creativity and the initiative to take ideas to the next level
  • Well-honed project management skills who can ensure the trains run on time
  • Familiarity with CSR, Social Impact, Cause-Marketing, or related mission-driven industries a plus
  • Client or partner-facing account experience a plus
  • Occasional domestic travel required
