As an Audit Analytics Senior - Analytics Developer, you will play acritical role in programming,developingSpark framework, data visualizations, performance tuning for empowering audit engagementteams to improve the quality and efficiency of their procedures. You will be working with a team of experienced leads, technical developers, ERP specialists, testers, and business resources to build deliverables that support audit quality and objectives. You will be part of a team working closely with the senior leadership. You'll use your analytical, research and investigative skills to:
Develop analyticsfor several use cases in the data platform.
Ensure the work performed is in accordance with quality standards of the organization.
Present technical solutions to team members and leadership.
Monitor performance during performance tests or production usage using monitoring tools to isolate the fault domain, dive deep into application code, and identify root cause of performance issues.
Conduct performance and stress testing,analyze test resultsand suggest action plans.
Liaise and communicate effectively with cross border team to recommend solutions to remediate issues.
Crucial to your work will be effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to think logically with good attention to detail; leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; ability to document and track defects to closure; and the ability to research, work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, demanding and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications :
Required Skills (Must to have) :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, analytics, statistics, applied mathematics or related discipline
- 4-6 years of experience with either of the programming languages (i.e. Python, Java & R etc.,)
- 2+ years of experience with Big Data ETL pipeline development with Spark, Hive & Similar Technologies
- 2+ years of hands-on development with Spark framework and related tools (Spark, PySpark, SparkR, Spark SQL, Spark UI)
- 2+ years of experience with Hadoop Eco System using HDFS, ADLS Gen 2.0 or AWS S3 buckets.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization development using Python, Tableau or PowerBi
- 1+ years of experience with any of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge with distributed programming, big data concepts & cloud computing.
Preferred :
- Very good understanding of variousSDLCprocess including Agile methodologies like Scrum andSAFe
- Documenting and tracking defects to closure
- Strong working knowledge ofVSTS, Azure DevOps tools
- Being a team player who can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment
- Should be self-motivated and ready to take ownership of the assigned work
- Ability to communicate in a precise and effective manner (verbal and written)
- Quick learner with excellent analytical skills
