Hire Resolve's client is a respected CPA Firm and is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead and oversee audit engagements, provide strategic guidance to clients, and play a key role in shaping the firm's audit practice. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement audit plans
• Manage and lead the team of auditors
• Assess and identify financial and operational risks
• Perform audit testing and document results
• Prepare audit reports and communicate recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• Review audit findings and ensure corrective action is taken
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including experience leading audit teams
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles and business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
