Job Description

Patona works with top enterprises and digital native businesses in Australia helping them build their remote teams in Philippines, India and Sri Lanka. Working with well known market leading brands we pride ourselves with hiring great teams to work on exciting game changing technology. Patona currently has 160+ engineers, testers, product managers etc working across 20+ partners. We focus on uplifting the way organisations build and manage their remote teams through great working relationships, trust, integrity, culture and hiring processes. Additional to this we are building our own technology product offerings. Key Responsibilities

Collaboration

• Work as part of the team to develop a product our customers love.
• Collaborate with product managers, product designers, business analysts and other product developers.

Software Development

• Build high-quality reusable code
• Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Follows relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices
• Learn quickly

Required

• Good technical knowledge paired with strong analytical skills
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Excellent coordination and dependency mapping skills
• A strong understanding of .Net C#, and cloud technologies
• Comfortable ability in picking up stories and breaking them down into development tasks
• Good experience working on SaaS products
• A proactive and positive approach to decision making
• A positive attitude and a general eagerness to do GREAT work.
• Experience building Micro services
• Eagerness to learn

Tech stack experience you will have

• Experience with Mongo DB

Desirable

• Technical diploma or tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience working as a Backend Developer
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket)
