Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Lisbon office:


SENIOR BENEFITS BROKER

Advice a wide range of clients in order to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees;
Join a team of expert consultants and brokers and learn from the best practices of the benefits consulting market;
Work together with Marsh under the Mercer Marsh Benefits global brand.

We will count on you to:

Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of benefit plans, having a strong knowledge on a great variety of insurances (health, life, accidents and pensions) as well as other flex benefits;
Support our clients and administrate the insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc.);
Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers;
Daily contact with corporate clients (local and international);
Work as a team with a great spirit of mutual help;
Search for the best solutions in the market and align our delivery with the benefits strategy of our clients.


What you need to have:

Solid experience in corporate client management in the insurance field;
Fluent in English;
Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
