Mercer Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in Lisbon or Porto:


SENIOR BENEFITS CONSULTANT

The Mercer Health and Benefits team provides broking, consulting and technology support to build the right benefits strategy for businesses and its employees.

We will count on you to:

Manage major benefits transformation projects;
Develop strong client business relations;
Co-build with our clients the most adequate benefits practices;
Identify partnerships necessities / opportunities;
Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction;
Project management of flexible benefits plans, well-being programs and implementation of new solutions.


What you need to have:

Degree in human resources, management, economics, law, sociology, public administration, marketing or other relevant field;
Experience in benefits or insurances (health, life, personal accidents and pension plan);
English language proficiency (B2 minimum);
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
