Experience you will need:

Preferred technical or bachelor's degree in engineering/science related studies.
Preferred 10+ years' experience working in sales and/or application engineering roles.
Preferred 5+ years of experience installing/pulling Electrical Submersible Pumps.
Working knowledge of the sales process.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Knowledge of Microsoft business suite products
Ability to utilize logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Excellent and proactive internal and external relationship/communication skills.
