Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with Owner, Architect and Contractor.


• Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.


• Upload & coordinate documents on the Web Based Construction Management Software.


• Coordinate geotechnical; testing and inspection; and moving consultants on site.


• Prepare monthly status reports.


• Assist CM with the evaluation of contractor schedules. Prepare schedules.


• Assist with the evaluation of entitlement to extra costs and time requested by contractors.


• Prepare daily reports of contractor’s progress in the field.


• Coordinate inspections and documentation with government agencies having jurisdiction.


• Review drawings and specification and prepare closeout document spreadsheets


• Coordinate & monitor the completion of punch list items and submittal of closeout docs


• Assist the Construction Manager with review of monthly progress payments values.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field


• Experience working on DSA building projects


• Experience with Web-Based Construction Management Software


• Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project or P6)


• Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral)


• Proficient with Microsoft Office
