Job Summary

As the Sr. Demand Generation Specialist, you will play an integral role in driving revenue growth by developing, executing, and monitoring comprehensive marketing programs across a variety of channels. These channels will heavily focus on digital marketing (email and content), social media & brand awareness, and targeted industry events. You will be responsible for supporting omnichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and ultimately generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the elevation of the KMS brand through social selling and thought-leadership strategies.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels like LinkedIn, ABM, email, content marketing, events, and more.
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise and engage with key stakeholders + drive potential customers.
  • Develop relevant content in the form of sales collateral, quote pieces, website sections, whitepapers, and datasheets to tell the KMS story and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand our target audience, value propositions, and key differentiators across our core service offerings.
  • Understand the marketing-to-sales handoff process and lead lifecycle in order to provide appropriate assets and sales support through each stage.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscapes, and leverage insights to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and software services, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Support ad hoc projects including outreach for advocate program, customer marketing, ABM program, newsletters, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding and proven track record of successful demand and lead generation tactics.
  • Experience in event organization and execution from pre-event to post-event
  • In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and brand elevation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who isnt afraid to try new things and has the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Background in Services Marketing is a plus.
