We are looking for stable candidates with experience into commercial project.

Location : Powai

Job Description:

1) Should be in position to handle a project from feasibility to construction stage.

2) Understanding with fair knowledge of local byelaws (MCGM, SRA,UDCPR, MHADA etc)

3) Propose/ assimilate Financial Matrix 2) Be aligned with business strategy

4) Design to Cost

5) Stay aligned with byelaws and market changes

6) To Define and adhere to SOPS? and timelines ensuring timely delivery within envisaged cost & quality.

7) Capable of designing & handling high rise residential buildings. Should be independently able to handle design from concept to execution stage.

8) Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants.
