Skill Requirements
1. Experience in the Design and Development of Rugged Devices - Handheld Computers, Phones, Tablet, Mobile Devices etc
2. Experience in Product Development - Concept, Detailed design, Prototyping, Testing, and Manufacturing
3. Experience in Plastic, Diecasting, Sheetmetal, and Elastomer parts design, and manufacturing
4. Experience in Creo - Solid & Surface Modelling, Sheetmetal, Assembly, Detailing, Top Down Design approach & Skeleton Models & Experience in Windchill
5. PCB layout support experience (6.Experience in working with Design validation teams - FEA, CFD, etc
7. Experience in coordination with cross-functional teams and suppliers for Prototyping, Testing, and Manufacturing
8. Experience in testing for Ingress Protection, Drop, Shock Vibration, Tumble, temperature & chemical test, and Troubleshooting failures
9. Able to perform Tolerance Stack up, DFMA, DFMEA, FAI & RCA
10.Awareness of Standards, IEC, MIL-STD, ATEX, UL, etc
