Duro is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain functional systems and infrastructure that improve customer experience and developer experiences. Duro is working toward a fully automated turnkey solution and helping managing both multi-tenant and private self-hosted solutions of the Duro platform for our customers. The salary range for this role working in California is between $135,000 and $165,000

Platform Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Responsibilities

• Rollout and deploy updates and fixes across many of our services and integrations
• Build infrastructure tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
• Visibility tooling and insight dashboards allowing team to holistically view server performance heuristics
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Investigate and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Track record leading, developing, and delivering significant, complex infrastructure projects.
• IaC, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Containers, VPCs, multi/single tenant, and self-hosted solutions, DNS management.
• Working knowledge of security principles, compliance procedures and monitoring. SOC2, ITAR.
• Problem-solving attitude
• LA onsite visits once every 6 - 10 weeks
• Must be a US Citizen, residing in United States for security compliance
