At F45, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Director, Global Partnerships to join our growing team.

As the Senior Director, Global Partnerships at F45 Training (All brands including F45, FS8, and Vaura Pilates), you will be responsible leading the development of new partnerships, maintaining current partnerships, and overseeing any other activities that strengthen these connections. Defining and delivering innovative products & services based on franchisee and member demand, whilst leveraging global products and best practices that deliver market share and revenue growth

Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development of pricing services to drive global revenue and rebatesDrive brand collaborations between F45 Training and third parties including meals, supplements, drinks, merch and other categories to be determined
    • Overseeing the entire retail partnerships division to allow our franchisees to maximize the revenue potential for all wholesale, retail and in-studio merchandise sales
    • Manage the global merchandise strategy both online, omnichannel and in studio by overseeing the relationships with our current providers(BDA and Concept Partners)
    • Define the strategy and delivery of all product categories, working with strategic vendors to secure optimal supply at the best terms
    • Generating third party relationships with the intent of building partnerships that drive incremental revenue streams for F45 Training and our customers
    • Develop a partnership rate card to effectively sell current assets across the network and identify new saleable assets that can provide a lift in franchisee same store sales
    • Develop and nurture lead pipelines through to completion in line with F45 Training practice and processes
    • Act as a brand ambassador for F45, FS8 and VAURA
    • Ensure third party deals align with the F45 brand, organizational mission and company objectives
    • Work with the entire management team to ensure deals support overall growth plans
    • Deliver high quality customer contact driving positive engagement of partnership deals
    • Coordinate with multiple teams at F45 to deliver third party deals effectively, particularly Marketing, PR and Events
    • Work closely with the F45 Legal and finance team to ensure contracts and compliance elements are managed effectively
    • Comply with F45 Policies and Procedures
    • Lead effective forecasting and budget management for partnerships in conjunction with finance.
    • Oversee compliance and safety for all new products and services in partnership with operations and supply chain
    • Maintain relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners
    • Support the executive team in all strategic planning and business planning processes for partnerships
    • Oversee and serve as thought leader for marketing strategies and provide guidance to team members, including identifying strategies for business improvement with a view to improving service delivery
    • Interpret financial and statistical information to appraise operating results and trends
    • Support change initiatives through ongoing communication, surveys and analysis of our network and members
    • Provide and use data and analytics to drive innovation and business decisions for partnership
    • Work with finance to support forecasting and advice of financial outcomes of partnerships
    • Assist in the development of pricing services to drive global revenue and rebates

Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
    • Strong levels of intellectual capacity and curiosity
    • Good levels of entrepreneurial spirit; someone who proactively identifies issues and opportunities
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross functional teams
    • Proven experience in identifying, pitching, negotiating, closing, and renewing high value and complex contracts and vendor deals
    • Business Experience / Track record of driving transformational sales & strategic account/ partnership growth
    • Leading transformation - Has been part of a sales or operations team leading business transformation due to industry disruption and/or strategic shifts
    • People leadership at scale - demonstrated purpose-led leadership, showing care for team, passion for customer and building wellbeing and advocacy
    • Leading through partnership - Demonstrated record of delivering results through others in a matrixed organization of similar size and scale where you influenced outcomes without direct authority
    • Data experience - Has experience delivering customer, team and business impact through data analytics and insight
    • Innovation and continuous improvement - demonstrated ability to set bold priorities and outcomes, empower teams to deliver, learning culture and open to new ways of working including agile methodologies
    • Working end-to-end - unblocks and facilitates connections and collaboration across the business. Builds genuine, respectful and trusting relationships and has the difficult conversations when needed
