Our partner is seeking a Senior Director of Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing in Oak Brook, IL. They are a global leader in access solutions with top brands found in millions of homes, businesses, and communities worldwide. The company is known for its innovative products and large IoT install base, powered by their myQ digital ecosystem.
As a Sr. Director, you will: - Motivate and lead a high-performance team
- Drive performance management and compensation processes
- Communicate organization information transparently
- Create a workplace culture consistent with the company's values
Responsibilities: - Develop and drive a multi-year, transformational marketing strategy
- Guide the execution of the marketing strategy to achieve business goals
- Oversee quarterly and annual strategic planning for B2B marketing
- Prioritize, report, and analyze marketing efforts effectively
- Manage resources and budgets for B2B marketing initiatives
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified leads
- Drive digital-first CRM, personalization, and journey management
- Leverage digital marketing tools effectively
- Lead generation and nurture through content, collateral, events, SEO/SEM, display, and sales enablement
- Launch new products into new channels and markets
- Build functional capabilities and train others
- Utilize technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, and CDP experience
- Manage vendor and agencies, as well as internal creative teams
- Define key customer segments and ideal customer profile
- Contribute to account-based marketing tactics for key accounts
- Design and deploy integrated marketing programs across various channels
- Develop and manage a performance dashboard for campaign measurement
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing B2B marketing team
- Travel approximately 10-15% domestically
Requirements - BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a SaaS business selling enterprise solutions
- Experience leading an acquisition or performance marketing team in a direct marketing-driven business
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, or internal creative teams
- Expertise in CRM, loyalty programs, and digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
- Proven experience launching new products into new channels and markets
- Ability to build functional capabilities and train others
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, and CDP
Benefits - Competitive base pay within the range of $169,900-$260,000
- Comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution
