Senior Drafter

1. Design and drafting of pipeline networks in water and wastewater.
2. Prepare bill of quantities, budget estimates, engineering calculations
3. Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
4. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
5. Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
6. Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
7. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
8. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
9. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor of Science in engineering or architecture.
2. Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
3. Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
4. Ability to draw manually favourable, but not essential.
5. Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
6. Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
7. Highly fluent in English/Hindi/Kannada
8. Good knowledge on engineering activities
9. Excellent skill in communication, both written and verbal
