Vaishali Jain Solanki | Architecture & Design is seeking a talented Senior Draftsman to join our team. This position is expected to begin in January 2024. VJS designs buildings and spaces that respond to the needs of the people and environment. Our designers are rooted in technical excellence, driven by imagination and focused on a solitary goal: to deliver bespoke spaces to our clients. Responsibilities: Successful candidates will work on architectural design and design execution on-site. They will serve on large residential, commercial, and hospitality projects Project work through design development and site execution phases. Review of architectural documentation for on-site construction Coordination with other disciplines such as Structural, MEP, and client teams for smooth execution of the project. Site development checks and reports are to be implemented. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience at an Architecture firm Strong skills and knowledge in AutoCAD and. Revit. Working knowledge of Sketchup, MS Office, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, and BIM. Drafting complete sets of architectural plans from working drawings to detailing.
