Pay rate: $30/hr on W2
Duration: 6 Months
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, IT, Human Resources, or related field, and at least five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing a medical records system.
Data analysis and report writing skills required
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience :-
Software systems implementation experience with EMR implementation required
a. Experience with system setup, systems administration, and data analysis.
b. Experience with managing interfaces with the HRIS, external vendors, etc.
c. Expert in data analysis and report writing.
d. Understanding of medical terminology.

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, IT, Human Resources, or related field, and at least five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing a medical records system in a mid-sized or a large organization. Exceptional data analysis and report writing skills required.
Duties/Responsibilities: Act as SME in the development and implementation of an Occupational Health Software solution with an EMR for the organization.
Administer EMR in compliance with quality assurance regulations relating to occupational health.
Assist NJ TRANSIT with EMR rollout, including conducting and managing internal training on the EMR for employees in HR/Medical Services.
Manage data interfaces internally within the organization and with external vendors. Works with vendor regarding systems upgrades and enhancements.
Provide the organization with data analysis and make recommendations for improvement of medical records and medical systems. Evaluate outcomes, aggregate relevant data, analyze trends, and report relevant findings to agency leadership.
Support medical records and data analysis functions for the organization
Utilizes system knowledge to improve clinical workflow
