Our flagship product is the Personalized Career Site that applies the power of AI to enable job seekers to get matched to the right roles based on their skills and experiences instead of the dated keyword search-based job-seeking experience. We also own a notifications platform that powers job alerts and other levers that enable our customers to reengage passive candidates by suggesting relevant jobs matched to their profiles.

We are looking for Senior Engineers with a passion for designing, and building, delightful and intuitive products and the hustle and drive to have a large impact through innovation and iteration.

What you will do (or learn to do) :
Own, design, code, and manage delivery of multiple software product features.
Work closely with other engineers to help each other.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) on defining the roadmap and execution.
Work with other engineering teams & cross-functional teams to address all the technical dependencies.
Actively participate in interviewing & hiring the top talents.
Innovate and suggest industry best practices, and participate in internal/external technical presentations.
What you bring:
Strong CS fundamentals with an excellent track record of architecting, designing, developing, and delivering highly scalable products.
Experience in distributed systems at cloud scale, microservices, large-scale web applications, and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work with partners across teams and functions.
Good product sense. Mindful of good design and user experience..
Experience and passion for mentoring team members.
3-7+ years of relevant experience building enterprise-class software or consumer-facing software.
SaaS product development and shipping experience.
