Requirements:
For Principal Engineer:
Engineering experience (7+ years);
Transmission and Substation experience (7+ years);
Experience in electromagnetic transient modeling;
Experience in production cost modeling for transmission planning;
Experience in hardware in the loop testing;
Experience in power quality analysis;
Valid Driver's License (NON CDL);
Bachelor's Engineering, Master's preferred.

For Engineer I:
Engineering experience (5+ years);
Transmission and Substation experience (5+ years);
Ability to meet attendance and storm duty requirements;
Ability to work extended hours;
Valid Driver's License (NON CDL);
Bachelor's Engineering, Master's preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide engineering, design, and environmental support;
Track and report on project negotiations and performance;
Deliver company standards, policies, training, and support for the organization;
Prepare communications, and presentations and provide support at meetings;
Formulate researches, and develop improvement measures;
Work with other departments within the organization to establish customer requirements and project costs ;
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
