We are a well established general contractor and we are looking for an Senior Estimator who will manage construction project bids from start to finish. Ideal candidates with have extensive experience bidding on retail construction projects ranging from $6M-$100M.

Job Details

• 5+ years of project estimating experience in the construction industry
• Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of general contracting and sub-contracting process, how to construct a building, terms, methods and scheduling
• Ability to learn how to utilize BidMail and estimating software effectively.
• Ability to bid 3-5 projects in parallel ranging up to 6M, as well as bid larger projects, ranging up to 100M
• Proficient with computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including MS Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook, and edit/markup Adobe PDFs
• Possession of a valid CA Drivers License, good driving history and dependable transportation required and clean background check
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
