Job Description
Senior Full Stack Developerfor a Leading Engineering & Construction Company
Job Duties:
Develop clean, functional web applications independently by writing code.
Create reusable code libraries.
Innovate front-end and back-end data storage solutions and delivery tools.
Identify and resolve application issues through troubleshooting and debugging.
Make database modifications and complex design decisions for database tables and fields.
Package applications for deployment, utilize issue tracking software, source code control, and engage in various supporting activities related to development projects.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and DevOps to discover new features.
Fulfill any other necessary responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Demonstrated expertise in front-end frameworks like React, including Context API and React Hooks.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience working with REST, GraphQL, and other APIs.
Proficiency in back-end languages and frameworks, such as C#/.net, JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js, NextJS, and/or Express.
Experience with geospatial solutions, including PostGIS and Mapbox.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, users, and external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
Additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly preferred: Experience in leading or mentoring junior staff.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes cluster environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools, including build and deployment pipelines.
Experience with the GCP ecosystem.
