Skills and Experiences:
The consultant must have minimum 5 years of experience in the processing and quality control of Lidar data. The consultant must also be familiar with the use cases of Lidar and Lidar derived products for GIS; and Esri ArcGIS software suite (e.g., ArcGIS Pro) where the County employees use the Lidar data.

Certificate:
The individuals who possess the following certificates are preferred:
The American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) Certified Mapping Scientists, Lidar (CMS, Lidar)
OR
The American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) Certified Lidar Technologist (CLT)

Education:
The individuals who possess bachelor's degree or higher in the following fields are preferred:
Engineering, Geography, Environmental Science, or related fields.
