As a Human Resources Senior Generalist (HR Business Partner), you will provide day-to-day guidance, advice, and support to employees and people managers in Brazil, while acting an HR site leader on day-to-day HR responsilities. Youll be expected to directly address complex HR issues with the business and employees, ensuring the uniform and consistent application of companys policies, while adhering to local guidelines.


Role Responsibilities

Accountable for providing guidance, advice, and support to employees and people managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management for Brazil.
Directly coordinate HR management in Brazil, following local regulations and acting as an HR site leader.
Responsible for: ensuring the uniform and consistent application of the companys policies, developing and administering effective HR programs that support the companys corporate objectives.
Work in collaboration with other members of the HR team.
Demonstrates broad employment law knowledge and union relations.
Performs duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures.
Interprets human resource policies and aligns resources and people to meet strategy goals.
Has latitude for unreviewed action or decision.


Role Requirements

For this role, you will ideally be an experienced human resource professional, with experience in the banking industry.
Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources, plus 5+ years of HR administration experience.
Critical and creative thinking, attention to details, and ability to make independent decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.
Fluency in English and Portuguese with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
