RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HC Data Analyst in Bethesda, MD.

Duties Include:
* Senior HC Data Analyst will provide Data Analytic support for HC surveys (e.g., Lime Survey) and data calls
* Leads structuring data, natural language processing, database technologies, and machine learning algorithms
* Translate complex, technical, or analytic findings into an easily understood narrative - tell a story with the data in graphical, verbal, or written form
* Uses analytical software to support quantitative and analytic efforts and workforce planning, including engagement with the Intelligence Community
* As a Senior HC Data Analyst, you will coordinate within the ODNI and across the IC for survey data
* Use data tools such as Python, conduct R analysis, SPSS, display results via Tableau Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM), 18 IC Agencies CHCOs, NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead
* Processes/Activities: Develop surveys, assessing/evaluating data, develop dashboards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
