HRBP Argentina/Uruguay
The Andean Region HRBP is a senior human capital advisor for the business, providing forward-looking strategic HR counsel to the Marsh McLennan and Mercer Argentina/Uruguay. Responsibility includes support more than 500 colleagues, reporting to People Leader based in Chile

Act as a recognized subject matter expert who manages large-scale projects, providing coach and advice to senior leaders, and together solve complex problems.
We will count on you to:
Align people and talent initiatives with business goals and strategies to ensure superior organizational performance can be achieved. As an advisor on people strategy to the business, this role collaborates with leaders to support strategic initiatives such as organizational design/effectiveness, workforce, and succession planning. Collaborate with HR Managers and COEs, to implement and evaluate initiatives and plans that result in increased organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership performance and the overall colleague experience. Drive organizational re-design in anticipation of evolution in the business as a result of changing client expectations and requirements. What you need to have:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as HRBP Experienced in working in a matrix structure preferable in multinational organizations (link removed)>Experience managing and implementing innovative projects that promote organizational transformations through Talent or HR strategies. Experience on delivering changes through structured programs as well as exceptional time management and being able to manage multiple priorities at the same time (link removed)>E xperience advisory and coaching to leaders, advicing business strategies and priorities. Understands global issues and solutions affecting the countries in which he/she has to be involved Knowledge and experience of operating in the relevant business regulatory/statutory and global environments
Demonstrated experience dealing with metrics, SLAs and technology to shape execution process improvement Experienced in creating and evaluating the business cases for changes and new initiatives to ensure an appropriate return. Passion for delivering excellence through working in partnership with others , including cross-function and cross-geography teams. Proven record in adapting to changing skills requirements.
Solid communication skills both in Spanish and English
Highly driven and motivated individual
Masters degree as preferable.
