Job Description

Urgent job opening for Senior HR Executive at Mumbai-Nahur.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience handling end to end recruitment and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost-efficient method of sourcing
• Source CV's from Naukri, or other channels such as referral, social media, etc.
• Coordinate with manager and make sure positions closed on time.
• Conducting Background Verification for employees.
• Execution of well-planned induction programs
• Tracks staff movement, attrition, and vacancies
• Manage Exit formalities up to final dues settlement.
• Other Generalist activities.

COMPETENCIES

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Good Interpersonal relations skills
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Good expertise on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
• Added advantage if worked on SPINE HRIS System
