Job TitleSenior HR Manager
Job Description
As Senior HR Manager you will work for the Philips Factory in Drachten, where we develop and produce successful products like Philips Shavers, One Blade, Philips Sonicare and Bottles and Soothers for Mother and Childcare.

You will have an operational, tactical and strategical HR focus, working alongside Business Leaders, HR Managers and the HR Business Partner and acting as the linking-pin towards HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Shared Service Center. In this environment focused on operational excellence, there is a strong need for excellent HR business support.
Your role:

You will work closely with the Business, HR Managers and HR Business Partner to understand and address business issues and to set up the People Strategy,

You will provide support to Line Management and the HR Business Partner, by implementing and executing the people strategy within the business,

You will apply core HR processes such as Talent Management; Strategic Workforce Planning; People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing,

You participate in HR-(improvement) projects on Cluster/country level,

You will act as a sparring partner for the HR BP, counsel line managers and/ or employees and support local organizational capabilities development,

You will be part of HRM team Benelux, with 35 HRMs, that consists of 2 Clusters. You will report to the HR Cluster Manager Personal Health, Markets, Enabling Functions and Integrated Supply Chain.
You're the right fit if:

You have over 8 years of experience working in HR, preferably within a multinational organization, specifically in a manufacturing environment,

You have extensive HR experience and knowledge, including proficiency in labor law and transformation processes. You have strong business acumen and interest in business practice,

You have great change management and project management experience,

Your excellent communication, stakeholder management and persuasion skills enable you to connect with all layers of the organization. You are an energetic and responsive team player who is keen to take the initiative and mentor junior members of the team,

You demonstrate the proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Dutch and English,

You have relevant bachelors or masters degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
