Role - Senior HR Systems Analyst Location- Philadelphia, PA Remote till Covid-19 Must-Haves - Minimum 5 years' experience in Workday including HCM and different modules
- Configuration experience, especially from acquiring other groups or organizations
- Must be able to work Eastern Time plus other time zones
- Team player with effective communication skills
Nice-To-Haves - M&A experience is preferred

Responsibilities - Responsible for supporting our instance of Workday across all modules including design and testing of enhancements and ongoing system maintenance.
- Act as liaison across internal teams to resolve issues as necessary.
- Work alongside Internal and external stakeholders to help deliver projects and enhancement requests.
- Research processes and requirements to ensure the system is built in line with business needs and in compliance of audit requirements.
- Provide support to the HR Systems Manager and taking a lead role when required on projects and enhancement activities and deputise as needed.
- Assists HR, managers and staff with systems-related inquiries related to systems / usability, assuming a lead role for the Workday functionality and processes.
- Research and respond to information inquiries and resolve /redirect/ escalate as appropriate.
- Assist in Clarivate people team-wide projects and provide additional administrative support as required.
- Seek to improve data capture and retrieval and propose improvements.
- Worked on creating Complex Calculated Fields using Format Text, lookup related Value, Evaluate Expression, and Lookup as of date fields in Custom reports.
- Effectively communicate and deliver information and related analysis using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Liaises with global HR team and specialist groups to implement global standards and resolve issues across our instance of Workday.
- Work with other Business Lead, Analyst/ Functional Leads, and SMEs to develop the overall Testing Strategy. This would include developing the scenarios, conditions, cases, and test data.
- Oversee the testing processes per the testing plan and facilitate the resolution of issues.
- Confirm that the defects identified during testing are documented and assigned accordingly.
- Provide support to the appropriate Business Process Owners while they build new process flows related to Workday.
- Work closely with Business Process Owners and HRIS Director to ensure we have all critical Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Management related reports designed and tested before go-live.
- Named support contact to Workday for issue resolution
Skills and Experience: - Over 10+ years of IT experience which includes 5+ years as a Workday Consultant or Workday Lead in HCM and security, ideally in an international organization. Workday System implementation experience would be an advantage
- Experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday business process configurations, Workday Security, Time Tracking, Recruiting module, Compensation.
- Good Knowledge in creation and maintenance of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Subordinate Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Company, Cost Centers, Business units and Organizational & Cost Centre Hierarchies.
- Experience in creating Job Profiles, Job Families and Job Family Groups.
- Experience in managing and maintaining Role Based Security, User Based Security, and Job Based Security Groups.
- Worked on creating Compensation Rules, Compensation Components and setting up Compensation Segments.
- Experience in Workday cyclical activities including the annual compensation review, performance reviews, release management and any upgrade cycles.
- Good knowledge in inbound outbound integrations using core connector, working with EIB and report writer.
Additional: - Proven experience of working in an HR systems environment using Workday, either supporting deployment and implementation or in a business-as-usual status.
- Workday HR system configuration, development and testing experience required.
- High level of analytical capabilities; demonstrated capability in developing metrics and dashboards.
- High degree of comfort with technology and reporting; advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Excel (especially V-lookups, pivot tables).
- Ability to translate and analyze complex data and communicate key findings to HR management, staff and key stakeholders across the business.
- Proven track record of delivering quality results in a timely manner.
- Experience of working in a global company desired.
- Excellent project management, time management and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information and to use discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
