Job Title: Senior Hogan Developer

Location: Remote or in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Summary:

Senior Hogan Developer for a bank in the Midwest. This resource will be examining the current Hogan environment and make recommendations and determinations as to how the bank should consolidate regions and make changes to the Hogan environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development on the Hogan System and any of the various modules and account types (CIF, AIF, etc. and Demand Deposits, Loans, etc.)
• A minimum of 8 years experience with IBM mainframe development and various testing tools.
• Experience with Hogan to Hogan conversion initiatives.
• Experience with various feeds into Hogan (i.e. posting files, account set-up files, inquiry feeds).
• Ability to identify and map fields from other systems into the proper fields in Hogan.
• Ability to test and validate results of Hogan system changes.
• Ability to collaborate with the business units that support and/or rely on Hogan results/outputs.
• Ability to accurately estimate project timelines.
• Ability to identify resource needs and requirements to meet timelines.

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Fiserv Premier to Hogan conversion initiatives a plus.
