JOB SUMMARY :

The Technical Business Analyst position is a member of the Global Associate Experience Team. In support of our collaboration spaces across Companys global footprint, the purpose is to develop a cross-functional partnership with our global business and IT teams to understand associate needs and improve employee experience. The successful candidate will need technical skills as well as strong communication skills to develop a true understanding of associate needs while juxtaposing our current infrastructure and capabilities. This role will require an agile individual who can adapt to customer needs while maintaining core standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client business needs and be able to translate needs to the configuration of the solutions; assist the client in evaluating options and alternatives to ensure business needs are met, while driving the adoption of best practices and avoiding custom work
• Provide post-launch functional and technical support until the implementation is stabilized and fully transitioned to the long-term client care team
• Handle the full solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts.
• Own ongoing support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.
• Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.
• Architect solutions which support a unified configuration that is simple, limits customizations, and it flexible yet sustainable
• Work with global IT teams to understand needs and requirements related to conferencing and emerging technologies. Assist with requirements gathering, technical configuration, budgeting, and project readiness
• Develop and execute processes for identifying, approving, testing, introducing, and implementing emerging technologies

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in a technical or customer-focused position
• MS TEAMS and Azure experience preferred
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experienced in using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully implement complex and technical solutions in a technology-intensive, dynamic and face-paced environment
