Job title:
Senior Innovation Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Innovation Realization Project Manager with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex projects within the healthcare (technology) domain. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at navigating the intricacies of Philips as a company and the healthcare industry and possess a strong background in driving innovation from conception to implementation.

Your role:



As a Senior Project Manager in Innovation Engineering, you play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of complex projects in the Philips Businesses and Functions.

Leveraging your expertise in project management and your understanding of the healthcare landscape, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects that align with the company's strategic objectives.

As a senior project manager, you are responsible for formulating the project plan, execute on project planning and execution, do proper stakeholder management, apply risk management, organize for resource allocation and implement quality assurance within your own projects.

The Innovation Realization group focuses on providing strong project management capabilities to the businesses, applying Philips processes with a focus on PDLM and MLD.

The projects that you will be involved span across a range of domains such as software, hardware, services, medical devices and quality focused projects.

You will report into the Innovation Realization Group Leader, and you are part of the Innovation Project Management department, a group of approximately 30 senior project managers with a broad set of project management competences.

You are responsible for acquisition of your own projects through stakeholder engagement.

You have experience executing projects across different Philips Businesses.



You're the right fit if you have:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on innovation realization in the healthcare sector.

Proven success in leading complex projects from conception to implementation.

Extensive experience in executing PDLM, MLD projects.

Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
