BACKGROUND IN INTERIOR DESIGNING AND PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND CRM IS A MUST
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Knowledge of reading floor plans and layouts are added advantage
Creating quotations and estimates based on customer requirements
Passion for sales and prior experience in sales with proven results. Preferable interior
Experience in any client servicing role
Make an effective sales pitch/presentation, in terms of ideas and use tools like Excel and PowerPoint
Quick on the feet attitude
Good communication skills, written and oral
Good interpersonal skills
