Job Description:

• Execute the interiors according to the drawings received from the Interior Design team.
• Coordinate with the Top Management, Design Team, Vendors, and Clients if necessary.
• Lead an interiors execution team consisting of supervisors, quality managers, procurement managers, quantity surveyors etc.
• Supervise a team of vendors viz., carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling, tiles etc; and see that the quality standards and the deadlines are met.
• Work in coordination with the Design Lead (interiors) to ensure that there are no gaps in the workflow.
• Understand BOQs prepared by the quantity surveyor or prepare BOQs if necessary, and plan procurement accordingly
• Do project scheduling for each project and ensure that the schedule is followed by the team
• Ensure that all the stakeholders in the interiors execution process are well informed and that there are no communication gaps
• Create reports regularly and communicate with the top management
