Senior International Consulting Analyst

Provide implementation and ongoing support to new and existing Global Benefits Managements clients as well as internal parties
Supporting multinational clients in their effective placement of Health and Benefits risks across Asia

We will count on you to:

Be the main client and internal point of contact for APAC Employee Health and Benefits management supporting multinational clients place their health and risk policies across Asia.
Develops and maintains client relationships by aligning global client strategies and needs to MMCs capabilities and resources
Serve as a consultant to clients, pursue corporate expansion and diversification and new business growth
Develops and maintains a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
Possess the capacity to solve issues and complete tasks


What you need to have:

A degree holder from any field
4-5 years of experience in
Client facing and Account Management

within the Insurance industry

Strong project management, operational skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Fluency in English and another Asian language to support China

Proficient with MS Office


What makes you stand out:

Strong domain knowledge and experience in health and benefits consulting.
Experience with global or regional benefit management.
Experience working across multiple countries and language skills is a plus.
