Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a strong foundation in Backend Development (80%) and proficiency in React (20%) to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Senior Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, with a focus on Java Backend development complemented by React for front-end interactions.Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java-based applications for optimal performance and scalability. Implement React components to enhance user interactions and improve the front-end experience. Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions. Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to their growth and professional development. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance development processes. RequirementsRequirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Extensive experience in Java development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Strong proficiency in React for building interactive user interfaces (20% of workload). Expertise in Backend Development with Java (80% of workload). Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Previous experience in a Senior or Lead Developer role. Familiarity with other front-end libraries and frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js). Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
