Yext, Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Business Systems in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Gather and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Design and build performant visualizations of Accounting and Finance data primarily for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments. Work independently and in partnership with a global team of PMs, business analysts, and ETL developers (onsite and offshore) to assess user needs, document data lineage, and ensure that Tableau End Users can build their own workbooks. Lead key phases of the Tableau development lifecycle for Finance, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment; take ownership of escalated or complex issues and follow through to resolution. Create Finance Team Tableau Reports, Scorecards, and Dashboards using stack bars, bar graphs, scatter plots, geographical maps, line/pie graphs, and charts to communicate progress, dependencies, risks, issues, key metrics to IT and business stakeholders. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Perform technical design and participate in design reviews to ensure governance principles and best practices in Accounting are followed. Perform continuous process improvement. Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues, and inconsistencies to help improve operational efficiencies. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $183,803 to $246,000

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or in a related quantitative related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a business/financial analyst-related position.

Special Skill Requirements: at least two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills: 1) Accounting; 2) Business Intelligence and Data Analytics; 3) Business Analysis; 4) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A); 5) Project Management; and 6) Tableau;.
