Oversee the development and implementation of technical cybersecurity initiatives to
continuously improve and expand protective and defensive security capabilities.
Provide tactical and strategic leadership for the cybersecurity functions including
Network Security, IAM, Threat & Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture &
Design, Incident Response, Security Monitoring, Application Security, Cloud Security etc.
Drive security control implementation and maturity in both on-prem and cloud
environments and ensure compliance with corporate security policies and regulatory
requirements.
Partner with business units and senior leadership in the implementation of secure-by-
design initiatives into their business processes.
Lead a team of cybersecurity managers, architects, engineers and analysts that plan,
implement and sustain the full lifecycle of various cybersecurity capabilities.
Coach and mentor team for high performance, creating a supportive working
environment where everyone has the opportunity to fulfill their potential
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices and the evolving
security threat landscape
Manage relationships with third-party managed security service providers
Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
A unique blend of leadership, information security domain expertise,
strong technical acumen, business judgement, communication skills
and embrace diverse perspectives
In-depth knowledge of security concepts in various security domains
including authentication, access control, security monitoring,
vulnerability management, intrusion detection/prevention, endpoint
security, network and cloud security.
Excellent knowledge of secure network architecture and design
Advanced knowledge of incident response and threat mitigation
Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture and models
Benefits
