Position Summary:

Lemon Perfect is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced field marketing leader to lead the development and implementation of our field marketing and brand edge strategy in our Tier 1 markets, synchronizing activities with our Brand Marketing, Influencer and Social team at HQ. This leader will deepen the connection of our marketing and sales team in the marketplace and drive IRL/URL consumer engagement in our fastest growing markets.

Key Markets: New York/Metro, LA/So. Cal

We are looking for this leader to help build the plan, prioritize markets, collaborate with partner agency[s] and staff/train our brand ambassadors. This person will also collaborate on our influencer, collaborations and partnership strategy amplifying and bringing this to life in the last mile to the consumer.

There is a lot of work to do, so we need someone with a creative and strategic mind, ambition, and energy to help us succeed!

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience with experiential, brand activation, digital marketing, and partnership development
• Experience working with consumer-packaged goods brands, ideally with beverage and/or lifestyle brands
• Shows convincing understanding of key markets / consumer engagement and brand edge.
• Experience building and managing agency/staffing model and significant marketing budget.
• Experience with data management/KPI success metrics including ROI, CRM, et al.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors including Innovation, Agility, Collaboration, Problem Solving
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team environment.
• Bachelors degree in marketing or other related discipline; MBA a plus
• 50-75% Travel

Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage brand edge + field marketing plans in Tier 1 markets.
• RFP and manage agency management end to end: SOW/Contract, Staffing, On Boarding, etc
• Communication [internal + External] including integration into HQ social, owned + earned platforms
• Development Brand Ambassador guidebook, training, and performance
• Development and management of brand assets in marketplace
• Led and manage product drops for both events, influencers and tier 1 endorsements
• Development of location partnerships and events in support of LP consumer engagement model
• Amplification and execution of LP brand strategy, partnerships and collaborations.
• Support for National Tent Pole experiential events led by HQ Marketing
• Support for strategic tradeshow and industry events when applicable
