Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Given the business requirements, he should be able to work out an optimal technical solution and implement the same with the help of technology vendors
• He should ensure all the projects are well tested and the deployment/go-live happens without any disruption
• He should ensure all the test cases, processes, ownerships are very well documented and easily available
• He should ensure that the technological stack is up and running and well utilized by all the stake holders
• He should guide the Business teams on implementing their use cases
• He will have to be involved in evaluation and on boarding of new tools and vendors
• He should work closely with vendors to ensure Business team needs are fulfilled on time
• He will be responsible to implement Analytics across all the touch points and make the reports available as per business requirements
• He should ensure all the applications are monitored daily and pro-active measures are taken to control the uptime

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 7 to 10 yrs. The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects
• Education: Candidate should be an IT graduate preferably B.E.
• He should have hands on coding experience of 2-3 years. He should be familiar with the latest web technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, web services; Cloud Technologies and Platforms; Networking concepts; Mobile Application Technologies; Backend and Integration technologies/methodologies.
• Exposure to Call Centre technologies and CRM solutions; Digital Marketing Technologies, Tools and Platforms will be an added advantage.
• Candidate should have handled 2-3 big projects with complete exposure to the entire project lifecycle.
• He will have to build/verify the test cases and also have to provide UAT signoff.
