Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identification and suggesting of MEP vendors to client at the per-qualification stage itself based on Technical evaluation. Coordination with clients, site and other teams involved in projects for timely completion of deliverables and smooth running of projects Ensuring timely delivery of MIS reports Administer all MEP contract documents from tender process to contract closeout including variations and design issue resolution & construction Monitor and oversee progress of project, including personal responsibilities; provide guidance to MEP team members to ensure timely & effective MEP project execution Design reviews, Coordination for Shop Drawings Construction Supervision & Co ordinations & Modifications for Electro-mechanical Works Ensuring Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing Cash Flow and follow-up for timely payments Arranging project reviews - with internal groups (Design & Planning) & with sub-contractors/ vendors and client for status & resolution of hold points Coordination and Management for daily inspection of works /clearances/approvals/sample approvals etc. Overall responsibility for implementation and adherence of Safety and Quality polices as per client and as well as Company standards. Overall Main Responsibility for Bills verification, certification and finalization of extra items. Managing all MEP related resources and field activities to achieve an efficient and economic completion of the contract Identification of snags and monitoring the same till closure Overall responsibility of handing over the project by conducting timely testing and commissioning activities and providing necessary closeout documents.

Should be full time B. Tech / B.E Mechanical/Electrical with 15-20 years of Experience
