Marsh McLennan Global Services (MMGS), India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:


Senior Manager Project Management



What can you expect?

Manage end-to-end transitions to MMGS from across regions and businesses (Marsh, Guy Carpenter, MMC)
Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria.
Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the transition journey with risks/issues/challenges being highlighted timely.
Follow the organizations transition methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality.
Own, govern and enhance the transition methodology on a real time basis, or as required.
Work closely with senior stakeholders in MMGS to drive transitions, projects & change across the organization.
High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various transition stages
Act as a guide and support lite transitions managed within business functions.
Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for MMGS.

What you need to have:

Graduation/Post-Graduation
PMP / PRINCE2 certification
7 to 10 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations & other transitions, programme management and change management.
Strong project management skills and proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and coaching skills
Flexibility to work in shifts if needed.
Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
